The health and safety of our guests, team members, everyone’s families and our community remain our highest priority. The Six Nations Bingo hall team has worked diligently during this closure to establish a comprehensive plan to adapt all of our front facing and back-of-house procedures to maintain a safe and fun environment. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO…

  • During our Phase 1 only 24 Ball Bingo will be available.
  • Phase 1 will open on Friday, July 17 at 9:00 AM.
  • During Phase 1, hours of operation will be from 9:00 am – 12:00 am (midnight), Wednesday to Sunday.
  • The maximum number of guests during phase one is 50.
  • During our hours of operation, customers are welcome on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Phase 1 patrons will be limited to Six Nations Bingo Reward Club Members only and must be 18 years of age or older to play.
  • Guests will only be allowed to sit at the available 24 Ball Bingo Machines which have been placed 6 feet apart for your safety.
  • Only 1 player will be allowed per machine to limit groups from gathering close together.
  • You are allowed to move from machine to machine, however you must notify a cleaning ambassador so the machine can be properly sanitized for the next person to use.
  • Face masks will be mandatory for both guests and team members and must be worn at all times while on the property. There will be no entry permitted without a mask, and if you do not have a mask, one can be provided for you.
  • Every guest and team member must complete a screening assessment, including getting your name and Grand Rewards card information for tracing purposes, hand sanitizing and mask check, a quick questionnaire, and a temperature check. Anyone who has a temperature of 100.04 or greater will not be permitted entry.
  • Guests are still welcome to smoke and eat inside the facility. Guests are required to put a mask on immediately after they are done. No outside food or drink is allowed, we will have vending machine options available for purchase.
  • There will be one ATM available for use.

PHASE 1: 24-BALL BINGO

OPENING DATE: FRIDAY, JULY 17 at 9:00 AM

HOURS OF OPERATION: 9 AM – 12 AM (Midnight), Wednesday – Sunday

TYPES OF GAMES: 24 Ball Bingo only

WHO CAN PLAY: Phase 1 patrons will be limited to Six Nations Bingo Reward Club Members only and must be 18 years of age or older to play.

GUEST CAPACITY: The maximum number of guests during phase one is 50.


GUEST SAFETY CONTROLS:

➢ Guests are to line up outside, 6 feet apart along the exterior wall. Physical distancing markers will be put in place.
➢ Every guest will have to complete a Self-Assessment prior to entering the building. Self-Assessment results may result in a guest being denied entry to Bingo. A Bingo team member will verify they have completed the Self-Assessment.
➢ Once the self- assessment has been completed, every guest will have a temperature scan at the double door entry. Any guest who has a temp of 100.4 or greater will not be permitted entry.
➢ 1 guest comes through the first set of doors, at that time they will be temp scanned, before being directed through the 2nd set of doors to the left.
➢ Guests must sanitize their hands before proceeding at the hand sanitizing station.
➢ Guests are mandated to wear masks at all time. Masks will be offered/sold as an option.
➢ For contact tracing purposes, our guests are required to have a players card. Guests must provide their players card number, to be logged. If a guest does not have a players card, they will be issued a card.
➢ Buy-ins to play will be done at the kiosk. Disinfecting wipes will be available at each kiosk with signage, for guests to wipe down the kiosk before each use.
➢ Payouts will be facilitated at the window, in cash. 1 team member will be assigned to handle cash. Gloves must be worn for the person handling the cash, at all times.
➢ The guest can move from machine to machine to play, however, they must notify the cleaning ambassador so that the machine they leave, and the machine they are going to, can be properly sanitized.
➢ Nevada tickets can be purchased at the Nevada kiosk. Disinfecting wipes will be available at each kiosk with signage, for guests to wipe down the kiosk before
each use.
➢ Nevada ticket payouts will be facilitated at the window, in cash. 1 team member will be assigned to handle cash. Gloves must be worn for the person handling the cash, at all times.
➢ Bathrooms will be limited to half the number of stalls for guests to use (i.e. if there are 6 stalls, only 3 guests maximum can enter at one time). Lines will be marked, for physical distancing at every bathroom.
➢ The Bingo hall will be cleaned/sanitized daily, before the doors open.
➢ Counter-tops, door handles, light switches, faucets, and any other high touch areas will be sanitized frequently throughout opening hours.
➢ There will be limited offerings of food and drink, through individually prepackaged food offerings available through vending machines. Wipe stations will be set up, at each vending machine, with signage, for guests to wipe down before use.
➢ One ATM will be available for guest use with a wipe station & signage beside it, for guests to use before and after each transaction.


TEAM MEMBERS SAFETY CONTROLS:

➢ Every team member is required to take the SNGRDC self-assessment prior to entering the facility, if they answer Yes to any question, they should notify their supervisor and not report to work.
➢ Every team member will enter the employee entrance and have a temperature test. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or greater, will be asked to go home, and follow up with a health care professional before returning to work. If it is determined to be COVID related, the team member will immediately notify the supervisor on duty at Bingo. The supervisor will make the proper notifications to the General Manager, who will in turn provide notice to SNGRDC Management. Six Nations Bingo and the team member will work with Public Health officials to provide information to team members, guests and public as required.
➢ Every team member must hand sanitize before proceeding onto the floor at the hand sanitizing station.
➢ Masks & gloves will be provided and are mandatory for the team member to wear and use during the course of their entire shift.
➢ Every team member is responsible for helping with the cleaning regimen during their shift, in some form or another. Logs will be posted, and must be completed after each cleaning.
➢ 1 team member will be assigned to handle cash. Gloves must be worn for the person handling the cash, at all times.
➢ The men’s bathroom in the front lobby will be designated as a team member bathroom only. This will be cleaned in the same time frame & frequency as the public bathrooms.
➢ Hand washing is required frequently.
➢ Team members must punch in and sign in for payroll purposes, as well as contact tracing. Sanitizing materials will be provided at each station.

It has yet to be determined when Phase 2 of Bingo Re-Opening will begin.
